Strawberry Potatoe Pepper Fry

1. Strawberry 5 Nos.
2. Potato Big 3 Nos (small square pieces).
3. Garlic 3 splits,
4. Onion Chopped 1 Nos.
5. Pepper crushed 2 table spoon.
6. Mint leaves 5 nos
7. Sugar a pinch
8. Salt to taste.
9. Butter/oil 2 table spoon.


Heat Butter/oil in a pan. Add Garlic and Onion to it. Fry until it is light brown in color.

Add the Potato pieces to it and mix well. When the potatoes are half cooked add strawberries, a pinch of sugar and salt to taste.

Mix well and cook in open pan for 5 minutes steering occasionally. Switch off the flame and add crushed pepper and mint leaves to it.

Close the pan for a minute. STRAWBERRY POTATO PEPPER FRY is ready to eat.
