Strawberry Angel Fluff

  • 1 angel food cake (baked)

  • 1 quart fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)

  • 2 eight oz cream cheese (softened)

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 eight oz whip cream

  • 1 sixteen oz strawberry topping or strawberry glaze


Tear the cake into bite size pieces and place on bottom of 9 x 13 pan.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Fold in whip cream.

Mash the cake pieces down with your hand and then spread the cream cheese mixture over the cake.
Mix the strawberries and glaze together.

Spread strawberries over the cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
