Whether you own a little garden or not, growing your own strawberries can be done by everyone.

They are very frugal little plants and you can easily plant them in containers on your balcony or even inside the house with an AeroGarden.

1. The two most important types of Omega-3 fatty acids, providing the vast majority of health benefits, are EPA and DHA. Unfortunately, nearly all traditional fish oil products are dramatically under-dosed, providing only a couple hundred milligrams of EPA/DHA per serving, while scientific studies show 10xs this amount (more than 2000mg per serving) is needed to see significant health benefits. This is especially true of krill oil supplements, which are even lower in EPA and DHA (despite the outlandish claims made by krill oil manufacturers which we will expose in just a moment).

2. Even worse, a comprehensive study performed by the Department of Agriculture and Food Science discovered that more than half of the fish oil products on the market do not contain the amount of EPA and DHA stated on the label. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, the majority of these products also have higher rancidity levels than vegetable oil from containers that had been open and exposed to the air for 3 months. Not good!

3. Another study performed by Consumer Lab—a leading watchdog of the supplement industry—examining 35 leading fish oil brands, uncovered that 31.4% of the products contained excessive contaminants and/or false, misleading information and claims on their label.

4. Almost all fish oil products contain much more EPA than DHA, while research shows higher levels of DHA = the greatest health benefits, particularly with regard to heart heath, brain health, anti-aging properties, and even the fat loss effects of Omega-3 fatty acids.
