Strawberry Syrup

  • 2 pints medium size strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 cup water

  • Directions:

    Combine all ingredients in a medium (3 qt) pot and heat to boiling.

    Turn off heat, and use a potato style masher to crush the berries.

    Strain the mixture through a sieve and store the contents in a squeeze bottle for easy dispensing at the bar.
