Put biscuits, honey and buttermilk in a blender and blend till frothy. Fill into 4 glasses up to 1/3 of the glass.
Whip the cream with cocoa and put on top of the biscuit milk in the glasses. Mix strawberries, syrup and milk in the blender and pour on top of the whipped cocoa cream. Decorate each glass with two whole strawberries and mint leaves.
Tip: Be very careful when pouring the different liquids into the glass, otherwise they will mix and you don't have the nice colored effect.
