Canadian Strawberry Sangria

1 quart red Burgundy Wine
2 ozs. Strawberry Liqueur
3 ozs. cognac
2 ozs. Triple Sec
2 ozs. light rum
2 ozs. peach brandy
l lime, thinly sliced and seeded
1 lemon, thinly sliced and seeded
1 orange, thinly sliced and seeded
12 black cherries, pitted
12 large strawberries, halved
1/2 pineapple, cut into chunk size pieces
1 large bottle club soda beverage (or another choice of carbonated beverage)
crushed ice


In a large pitcher combine the wine and the liqueur.

Add the fruit and chill at least 1 hour to allow all the flavours to blend.

Add the chilled soda to taste, over crushed ice, just before serving.

Spoon a small amount of fruit into each tall serving goblet, and fill up with the Sangria.
