Wishing you a very Happy Easter Holiday! I'm looking forward to some quiet time with the family (well, not that it'll be actually quiet...). Last week I had started to put new plants in my garden, but yesterday it snowed again! We will see which plants survive that.... One more lesson learnt: in our climate you cannot start tending to your garden before end of April. Anyhow, on to a great Easter recipes:
Chocolate Covered StrawberriesI found those cute Easter berries at Pinterest, but couldn't find the website where the picture came from with instructions on how to do them.
You can use the Basic Recipe for Chocolate Dipped Strawberries. Use white chocolate instead of brown one and dye it with food coloring. Then get creative with the decorations.
