Issue # 28

Hello <>,

Do you know what always reminds me of autumn? It's the smell of cinnamon!

I don't know why, but it always evokes pictures of red leaves falling from the trees, sunny afternoons and crisp evenings.

To get over the autumn without a cold and stay healthy and full of energy, you need a more vitamins than usual.

Here's a wonderful breakfast recipe that'll give you a lot of energy, vitamins and tastes just jummy!

Cinnamon Cereals with Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (1/2 l) apple juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 cup (125 g) pre-cooked durum wheat
  • 1 orange
  • 1 cup (250 g) yoghurt
  • 2 cups (500 g) strawberries
  • 4 tablespoons honey

Directions
Bring apple juice together with cinnamon to a boil, add durum wheat and cook for about 20 minutes. Stir once in a while to prevent scorching.

Remove cinnamon stick and let cool down. Meanwhile juice the orange and cut the peel into small pieces.

Carefully add orange juice, orange peel, yoghurt and stir thoroughly.

Cut strawberries into quarters and add to mixture. Use honey to sweeten to your liking.

Enjoy!

Serves: 2

If you're like me, always in a hurry, not eating breakfast regularly and eating in the company cafeteria every day, you might want to take nutritional supplements during autumn and winter, to prevent getting a cold or a flu.

Give your immune system some help to keep up its efficiency and fighting abilities against viruses and germs.

One of the best nutritional supplements I've ever tried is the Click on the link above to get more information.

Have a nice October and Happy Halloween!
