It has been raining more or less constantly during the last two weeks here in Germany.

Who's talking about summer? I'm slowly getting depressed by the weather and against bad mood, there's nothing better than sweets :-)

I did a little digging and found a wonderful Strawberry Almond Dessert, that'll enhance my mood and hopefully yours, if you're in a similar situation.

Strawberry Almond Dessert

Ingredients

* 1/2 cup (125 g) cream cheese
* 1 cup (250 g) plain yoghurt
* sugar
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 1 cup (250 g) strawberries
* 2 tablespoons almond splitters

Directions
Mix cream cheese and yoghurt. Add sugar to your liking and lemon juice.

Cut strawberries into slices. Take half of the mixture and combine it with 1/2 cup of strawberries.

Use high dessert glasses and fill alternately with white cream, red cream and strawberries.

Decorate with almonds.

Enjoy!
