Summer time is strawberry time!
Because my favorite berries are now in their best, I thought, I'd send you this newsletter before the "official" issue in July.
Strawberries everywhere...in case you ran out of ideas what to do with them, here are two great recipes for healthy and refreshing strawberry drinks.
* 6 fresh strawberries
* 1 cup fresh pineapple
* large handful of grapes
Remove the skin from pineapple and cubed it.
Process the fruit in a blender. If the consistency is too thick for your liking, add some water.
Add sugar if necessary.

* 1/2 cup strawberries
* 1 cup ice
* 1/2 cup water
* 1 tablespoon maple syrup or sugar
Process all the ingredients except the maple syrup in a blender until the ice has turned to slush.
Add maple syrup or sugar to your liking.
