Please don't panick :-)

I'm not going to send you this newsletter on a weekly basis now. It's just that I want to take advantage of the high strawberry season and send you the favorite recipes that my friends and I have tried for our last barbecues.

After the month of July, I'll be back to the monthly schedule. Promised!


Orange-Strawberry Froth

Ingredients
* 2 cups (500 ml)orange juice
* 1 1/2 cups (375 ml)apricot nectar
* 1 cup (250 g) frozen strawberries
* sugar

Directions
In blender, process ingredients for about 20 seconds, or until smooth and frothy. Add sugar to your liking.
Serve immediately.

Serves: 6

Fruits and Celery Juice

Ingredients

* 2 apples
* 1 pear
* 2 cups strawberries
* 2 stalks celery
* 1/2 banana * 1 cup of ice

Directions
Mash banana. Juice the apples, pear, strawberries, and celery. If you don't like celery, use 1/2 cup of water instead.

In a blender, combine the juices with the banana and ice, and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
Add sugar to your liking.
Serve immediately.

Serves: 3
